Psychic readings, tarot card interpretations, astrological forecasts, numerological analyses, and similar content are inherently subjective and speculative. 4. Character Experiences and AI-Assisted Content

The brand character “Jules” and any other named character or advisor persona presented through the Services represents a real, human-delivered experience in live conversations. Every live chat interaction attributed to Jules or any other character is composed and sent by a real human. You are never talking to a purely automated or AI-only system during live conversations through the App.

In live conversations, we use AI-assisted tools to help the human responder surface relevant context, retrieve guidance, and work efficiently. The human remains the author of every live message you receive.

Other content accessible through the Services — such as pre-written reading reports, editorial content, and email-delivered reading sequences — may be AI-assisted or AI-generated with human oversight. AI-assisted content reflects patterns in data and should be treated with the same critical evaluation as any entertainment content. AI tools do not possess genuine psychic, clairvoyant, or predictive abilities.

Advertising and promotional content distributed off-platform (including video, audio, and image creatives on social media and other advertising platforms) may include AI-generated or AI-synthesized depictions of our characters’ likeness and voice, used with appropriate rights and oversight.
